Dubai Media City (DMC) is the only global media hub in the region where all media-related businesses thrive together.This project was aimed to transform Dubai into a knowledge-based society and economy.Located in heart of Dubai at the crossroads of the Middle East, Africa and South Asia, it was built by the Dubai government to boost UAE's media foothold, and has become a regional hub for media organizations ranging from: news agencies, publishing, online media, advertising, production, and broadcast facilities.Some of the major broadcasters based at Dubai Media City are international news agencies such as Reuters, APTN and MBC.
